I was told I have no insurance coverage. I had to call the union (1199) to confirm that I did have insurance coverage I felt that I was in the twilight zone but I survive. I have an appointment coming up September 27, 2024. I’ll be there. Thanks Eileen Novoa

For more than a decade I have received THE BEST CARE from DR. MANESSIS AND ALL ASSOCIATES at both locations! This may sound dramatic but every word is true: it is because of Dr. Manessis, et al, that I am still alive and thriving. Overall I had a great experience. My only complaint was the delay in seeing the doctor, it happened to be an extra busy morning so that would explain it. The staff were extremely friendly. The receptionists were super helpful with checking me in and the nurses were very knowledgeable and very attentive. Dr. Manessis, besides being very nice and extremely easy to talk to and ask questions, was very thorough and clear during the exam. He made sure to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. The office contacted me with the results from my tests the next day, this is something that rarely happens in most offices/labs. All in all it was a very pleasant exoerience.

Dr. Lorcan is wonderful and listens and explains everything well. The front desk staff are also very helpful. I just wish I didn't have to come back for a separate visit for the ultrasound since that's another copayment. I know they try to avoid that but it can't be helped sometimes. That's the only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars.
