Maelee is a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer/Medical Fitness Specialist with a diverse background. After completing her Bachelors in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology, she worked as an athletic trainer and obtained her personal training certification. Through her work as a personal trainer, her passion for nutrition grew as she witnessed its extensive impact on performance and overall health. She then completed her Masters in Nutrition and Public Health and dietetic internship at Teachers College, Columbia University.
Maelee is passionate about meeting each person where they are and giving them tools to be the best version of themselves for the rest of their lives. Having worked with demographics ranging from collegiate football players to long term care patients, she is skilled at guiding individuals with a wide variety of health goals.
