What is ONERO®?

ONERO® is an award-winning, evidence-based exercise program developed by Dr. Belinda Beck to help improve bone density, bone structure, and bone resilience in adults with osteopenia or osteoporosis.

Under the supervision of an ONERO-certified practitioner, patients learn high-intensity resistance and impact-based exercises designed to counteract the natural loss of bone mass that occurs with aging.

Traditional osteoporosis and osteopenia treatment often focuses on lifestyle changes, medication, hormone therapy, and lighter forms of exercise. In many cases, people with fragile bones are told to avoid heavier weight-bearing activity out of fear of fracture.
But research behind ONERO® showed something important:

Bone needs enough mechanical load to adapt. The latest analysis from The Bone Clinic showed significant improvements across every measured parameter, including:

  • 51% reduction in falls in the last 12
  • months78% reduction in previous fractures

At neXendo wellness, ONERO® is delivered with a clinical mindset.

The program combines ONERO®’s high-intensity resistance and impact training with neXendo’s individualized nutrition plans, medical check-ups. Together with your ONERO®-certified clinician, you will work through exercises selected specifically for your body and your goals — not only to improve bone mass, but also to build strength, coordination, balance, and confidence.

FAQ

That is exactly why the program begins with a thorough consultation and assessment.

We do not expect you to come in already knowing what to do. Our role is to assess your fitness level, understand your body, identify your strong and weak points, and build from there gradually.

The right exercise program should not leave you guessing.

We guide you through each stage with careful coaching, individualized exercise selection, and appropriate progression. The goal is not to push recklessly. The goal is to train intelligently — enough to create adaptation, while respecting your body and your clinical picture.

You do not need to choose between safety and strength. With the right plan, you can have both.

Stronger bones. Stronger body. Stronger future.

Not necessarily. ONERO® is progressive. While the program is based on high-intensity resistance and impact training, that does not mean everyone starts at the same level. Your training is introduced based on your fitness level, experience, limitations, and medical history. We meet you where you are and progress you safely.
In many cases, yes. ONERO® is designed to be individualized, with exercises selected and modified based on your body, medical history, and physical limitations. Many people with low bone density also have other conditions such as arthritis, joint pain, spinal issues, prior fractures, or balance and mobility concerns. That is why working with an ONERO®-certified clinician matters — they are trained to adjust the program safely, recognize risk factors, and provide exercise within a clinical framework.

Why Onero™ Works

Calcium isn’t the only way to support the health of our bones. Our bones benefit from high intensity resistance and impact training, not just aerobic movement. Onero™ delivers targeted, evidence based exercise sessions that safely challenge your bones and muscles to:
  • Stimulate bone density improvement
  • Increase muscle strength and balance
  • Reduce fall and fracture risks
  • Boost functional mobility and posture
Participants in the Onero™ program have seen improvements in bone density scans, lean muscle mass, balance, and a reported significant drop in falls and fractures after program completion. Supported by over a decade of clinical use, this approach offers a safe, measurable way to reduce fracture risk and maintain independence as you age
